Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To provide a convenient shopping experience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please review the terms below regarding COD charges and returns.

1. COD Convenience Fee

To cover the additional handling and risk management costs charged by shipping carriers, a non-refundable convenience fee is applied to all COD orders.

The fee is calculated as follows:

• 1.5% of the Order Amount OR ₹49 (whichever is higher).

Examples:

• If your order total is ₹2,000, the fee is ₹49 (since 1.5% is only ₹30).
• If your order total is ₹5,000, the fee is ₹75 (1.5% of ₹5,000).

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that the COD Fee is strictly non-refundable.

• In the event of a return or refund, the COD fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• The refund amount will be: [Total Paid] – [COD Fee].
• This fee pays for the service rendered by the courier at the time of delivery and cannot be recovered.

3. Order Confirmation

To ensure timely delivery and prevent fraudulent orders, our team may contact you to confirm your COD order details before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders if verification fails.
