Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 5 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
A valid reason for the return must be provided.
Certain types of goods are exempt from return, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
Intimate or sanitary products.
Custom-made products or personalized orders.
Gift cards, downloadable products, and digital goods (as specified in product descriptions).
To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
We will not accept returns for:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
Items returned after the 5-day return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within the following timelines:
For Indian buyers: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days for bank transfers or UPI, and up to 15 business days for credit cards and other methods.
For international buyers: Refunds may take 5 to 15 business days. Note that currency conversion charges or payment gateway fees may cause minor discrepancies in the refunded amount.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:
Re-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank; processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@cohsar.com.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If you place multiple orders and return items more than once in a calendar month, shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
